So, it's finally the last week of my exams...

Yeeaah, me neither.

If you're to busy practicing your yodeling to even start cooking {really, who could blame you?} I sincerely recommend you to try this pretty baked egg for breakfast, lunch and/ or dinner.
It's the easiest, yummiest treat that's ever been made in 20 minutes tops.

{that's me yodeling, folks}
one egg
{optional:}1 t butter
1 T heavy cream
1 T heavy cream

1 or 2 dried tomatoes, cut into small pieces
{or sauteed spinach, mushrooms or leek}

1 t parmesan {or any grated cheese you fancy}
one: preheat oven to 350°F/180°C and {optional:} butter a ramekin
two: add a tablespoon of heavy cream to the dish and top with a cracked egg
three: add the pieces of sundried tomatoes, push some of them deeper in the eggwhites
{without breaking the yolk}

four: sprinkle some salt and pepper on top of your egg and top with a heaping teaspoon of your favorite cheese.
five: pop your li'll baby in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
{If you'ld prefer your egg to be hard boiled add about five minutes to that.}
